Please try again later. It says box, while the other adobe advertisements say you get a download. IF you get a box you wait at least an extra day or more to get your BOX with no CD just instructions to go and download as you should have in the first place.
Like product First, no CD-ROM, just an empty box with a serial number, not sure they waste all that paper and have Amazon mail an empty box. Installation takes “forever” in time, took about 25 minutes to unpack the download and install. I had to figure this out as the error message is the serial number is not valid and not a VPN issue, not sure why Adobe doesn’t just say it’s a VPN issue.
There is no real tech support – you leave a message on the forum and they might get back to you. But if you want a fully featured easy to use editor, Elements is still the best. Elements is a one time payment. I live in a very rural area.
The program did not come with a disk which I expected. May not use them again and have for many years. I get it saves them money BUT for what you pay should have a disk. It is hard to use and there is no Help key of “Help” on the top of any screen. Shame on Adobe for rushing the software to market without thorough testing. When I tried to resize a picture I was caught in an endless loop of asking me to sign in.
The software is worse than junk as it wastes users’ time. After two hours of frustration, I promptly return it to Amazon. Previous versions of the software were much better.
One person found this helpful. Bogus software? Received the package with simple instructions to download from Adobe website and then enter the Product Serial number to activate the software.
Took almost 1 hour for Adobe to figure this out, The instructions were incorrect and the support staff hinted that the version purchase from Amazon my not be as easy to install as the version directly from Adobe.
And the price is the same on the Adobe site.
