It turns out automatic updates weren’t so automatic for me Your question about updates really helped me, SA, I manually went into the Windows 10 Settings and hit the Check For Updates button a few times and it came back with a few updates even though it was just saying I was up to date.

Once those updates installed and I rebooted, the installer for I’m sorry, that should have been the first thing that I checked but I figured that it was keeping up with the rest of the updates so I thought that it was already up to date.

I also assumed that I would have gotten some sort of error from Norton instead of just CPU usage with nothing happening, it was just really weird. The reason I went through all of those Norton versions above is because I was at a point where the latest installer for Norton that I downloaded from the My Norton website, That was my second attempt to see if Norton would update properly to the latest version after an old version that worked was installed.
